Although Peggy was born in Tarpon Springs, she was gone for more than forty-five years until she retired in 2010. She worked as an economic development professional for 38 years in the Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas, utilizing her skills in marketing, public relations, research, writing, public speaking, real estate, and budget preparation.
Peggy received Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Arts in Organizational Management degrees from the University of Phoenix, Las Vegas. When she returned to Tarpon in 2011, she became involved in the community. Peggy is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Tarpon Springs, past president of the Tarpon Springs Area Historical Society, president of the Green Dolphin Park Villas Condominiums, Woman’s Club, Chamber of Commerce, and others.
